so we’ve been busy doing our Tummo every morning for 30-40 minutes.
The reason we haven’t talked about results since week 2 is because nothing much has happened. Here are some points:
Bliss in the body while practicing has increased, but it is still spread around the body and somewhat in the background.
Towards the end of each breath retention bliss inside the head is pretty big, but it goes away after the breath is let out.
After doing Tummo each day there’s a nice feeling of body self-contained-ness, if that makes any sense.
Sometimes the central channel feels physically there, perhaps due to repeated visualization?
Well that’s all for now. It should be said although there haven’t been any firewroks, there is indeed a feeling of steady improvement, we’ll see where that takes us.
